Terms & Conditions
1. All gymnasts and parents must adhere to the club rules, this document is displayed in the club on the noticeboard and a copy can be emailed to parents on request.
2. All gymnasts must have valid British Gymnastics memberships. This is via the BG website. Your gymnast must be linked to Ketrel TC with their membership. If your child have membership already, for example they have a membership through a Gymnastics club, they should also have Kestrel TC added to their membership. This is all done via the BG website.
3. Classes
3.1 All classes must be booked and fully paid for before the start of the block or term.
3.2 Refunds will not be given on missed sessions unless the session has been cancelled by us, in this event the missed session will be added to the end of your term booking.
3.3 Gymnasts should be dropped off and collected by a parent/guardian at the start and end of the class. Coaches cannot take responsibility for your child before their session begins or after their session has finished.
3.4 Parents are not permitted in the trampoline hall during sessions.
3.5 All Gymnasts should be appropriately dressed for the session. No denim permitted. Long hair must be tied up. Socks must be worn.
3.6 All Gymnasts should have a drink with them to every class.
3.7 If your child has an injury or is unwell, please let the coaches know on arrival. The coach will determine if it is safe for your child to continue in the session.
3.8 You must keep contact/emergency details up to date and ensure someone can be contacted at all times during the sessions.
3.9 All gymnasts must have BG membership within 2 weeks of commencing sessions. Their membership should be linked to Kestrel TC. Gymnasts without valid BG membership may not be permitted entry to the session. Membership can be obtained via the BG website https://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberships
4. Camps
4.1 All camp booking must be paid for no later than 7 days before the start.
4.2 Refunds will not be given if you are no longer able to attend after booking. If you have exceptional reasons for cancelling, please discuss this with us, but the club is under no obligation to provide a refund.
4.3 Parents are not permitted in the trampoline hall during camps.
4.4 All gymnasts should wear suitable attire for the camps. Long hair must be tied up.
4.5 All gymnasts should ensure they have a drink with them.
4.6 If your child is unwell or injured, you must inform the coaches on arrival. The coaches will determine if it is safe for your gymnast to continue with the session.
4.7 Contact/emergency contact information must be kept up to date and someone should be contactable throughout the duration of the camp.
4.8 All gymnasts must have BG membership. Their membership should be linked to Kestrel TC. Gymnasts without valid BG membership may not be permitted entry to the session. Membership can be obtained via the BG website https://www.british-gymnastics.org/memberships
